Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website or via email. By booking a stay at our property, you agree to the following conditions.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Payment & Booking Process

  • After you submit your booking request, you will receive an email to confirm your interest.
  • Once confirmed, we will manually review and approve the reservation.
  • Upon approval, we’ll send payment instructions via email.
  • You will have 24 hours to complete payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
  • If payment is not received within that time, the reservation will be cancelled and the space released..

Cancellation Policy

  • Flexible Rate: Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment is made.

Hotel House Rules

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests:

  • No smoking is allowed inside any guest space or common area.
  • No pets are allowed on the property.
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Occupancy & Extra Beds

  • Maximum occupancy for each Guest Space is listed on the room details page.
  • In certain cases, such as weddings or family celebrations, we may provide a rollaway bed upon request.
    Please contact us in advance to check availability.

Cleaning Fee

A cleaning fee applies and will be included in your invoice during the booking process.

Damages & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs or replacements needed as a result of guest negligence.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay, including due to natural disasters or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Event Space Bookings

Event Spaces cannot be booked online. To request an event space for your special occasion, please email us at info [at] themabella [dot] com or fill out the inquiry form on the Event Space listing page.
