About This Space
Where the interior opens up — and events find their flow.
The M Promenade is a 35 × 15 foot covered hallway running through the interior of the property. On one side, three sets of double doors connect directly to the M Vista and M Forum. Pull them back, and the Promenade becomes a natural extension of both rooms — a longer, more open floor plan that works well for mingling before a seated event begins, or for cocktail-style gatherings that don’t need hard walls.
The space is being set up with loungers, seating areas, and indoor table games — billiards, table tennis. It’s the kind of room guests drift into between sessions, or use to wind down after dinner. Social without being formal. Part of the event without needing a programme.
A separate exterior door leads from the Promenade out to the gardens and toward the Pavilion — making it a natural staging and preparation area. Wedding parties use it as a ready room before the ceremony, stepping directly outside when it’s time without passing through the main event floor.

The double doors to the Forum and Vista open fully — the Promenade becomes part of both rooms. Pre-dinner mingling, cocktail hours, and post-session networking all flow naturally into this space.

Billiards, table tennis, loungers. A place for guests to step away from the structured part of an event — and usually the last place to empty out at the end of the night.

Bridal Prep & Staging
