About This Space
Where every visit to The Mabella begins — and often ends.
The M Atrium is the main lobby — the first thing you encounter when you step inside. A welcome bar sits at one end. Sofas and lounge chairs fill the rest. To the side, a small gift shop carries pieces curated for the property: Jamaican-made goods, local art, things worth taking home.
The Atrium sits at the centre of a U-shaped layout. Both wings extend from here — each with a covered open hallway, 10 to 15 feet wide, overlooking the deck, pool, and gardens below. Upstairs, a 50-foot bridge connects the two wings overhead. It’s a property that flows. The Atrium is what it flows from.
Most events prefer the Terrace and outdoor spaces — that’s by design. But when weather shifts or a group simply wants the indoors, the Atrium seats 120 and holds 150. Original artwork by the founder hangs throughout; it’s the first room where guests encounter her work.
