How to Book

We’re so happy you’re considering a stay with us. Whether you’re looking to unwind in one of our Guest Spaces or host something special in our Event Spaces, here’s how the booking process works.

Booking a Guest Space

Booking one of our Guest Spaces (rooms or suites) is simple:

  1. Browse available options in the Guest Spaces section.
  2. Select your dates and click “Book Now.”
  3. You’ll receive an email asking you to confirm your booking request.
  4. Once confirmed, we’ll manually review and approve your booking.
  5. After approval, we’ll send you payment instructions via email.

🔒 Important:
Your booking is not secured until payment is received.
We’ll hold your reservation for 24 hours after approval — if payment is not made within that time, the space will be released.

Payment Options:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer (details provided after approval)

Requesting an Event Space

Our Event Spaces are perfect for retreats, intimate gatherings, workshops, and special celebrations.

At this time, Event Spaces cannot be booked online. To request one:

  • Fill out the inquiry form on the Event Space listing page,
  • Email us at [your email] with your event details and preferred dates, or
  • Message us directly on Instagram @themabellaja or WhatsApp 876-404-1766 for quick questions and availability checks.

We’ll respond promptly to confirm availability and guide you through the booking process.
