Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website or by email. By completing a booking, you agree to the following.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Payment & Booking Process
Browse available rooms in the Guest Spaces section and select your dates.
Pay a 50% deposit securely via Stripe or PayPal to confirm your reservation.
Your booking is automatically confirmed. A confirmation email with all details arrives immediately.
The remaining balance must be paid before arrival. Unpaid balances will result in cancellation and release of the dates.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible Rate
Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Rate
No refunds under any circumstances once payment is made. This rate is offered at a discount.
House Rules
No smoking indoors or in common areas
No pets on the property
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Occupancy, Cleaning & Liability
Occupancy & Extra Beds
Maximum occupancy for each room is listed on its details page. For weddings, family celebrations, or special circumstances, extra sleeping arrangements may be available on request — contact us in advance.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee applies to all stays and is included in your invoice at the time of booking.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The Mabella reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements resulting from guest negligence. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters.
Event Space Bookings
Event spaces cannot be booked online. To reserve The M Terrace, M Atrium, M Forum, or any other event space, please submit an inquiry and we’ll follow up within 24 hours.
