About This Space

A morning session in Saint Ann hits different.

The Open-Air Gym is a purpose-built wellness space — not a converted room, not an afterthought. It’s designed for movement: yoga, functional fitness, group training, breathwork sessions. Open to the air, surrounded by the garden. Up to 15 participants in a setting that makes the practice worth showing up for.

For retreat groups, the Gym is a natural anchor for morning programming — a session before breakfast, before the day’s agenda, before the group disperses. For individual guests and staying groups, it’s available to book whenever the schedule allows.

Instructors and facilitators are welcome to bring their own programming. Ask us about equipment, scheduling, and what’s available on-site when you inquire.
